Our operators offer all-inclusive experiences once you’re at the destination. Any additional expenses such as flights and insurance are the responsibility of the traveller.

Please refer to our skill and fitness ratings for guidance. Every trip is evaluated based on our rating system. At the top of any tour, you will see a number assigned to the level of difficulty for both skill and fitness. 

Almost all of our tours include an airport pick-up and drop-off. Your operator will communicate with you leading up to the trip to make sure you have everything you need.

It’s recommended you bring your own bike, not necessary. Our operators offer high-end bike rentals. This is an option you can select at checkout. If you require a rental bike, we recommend you request the size you want prior to arrival.

A powerful feature Rove offers is the chat area of each tour. You can get to know your operator and other guests leading up to the trip! Even if you’re travelling along, you won’t be riding alone. If a private tour is what you're after, you can inquire here.

All tours require a waiver. Your operator will coordinate this with you once you book.

When you book a tour your payment will be processed holding your spot. You may cancel the tour and get full refund minus transaction fees up to 60 days before the tour starts. Once your spot is booked you will have direct access to a chat thread with the active operator. Through the chat thread you will have access to waiver form, trip guide, to-get essentials.  The chat is the first place to meet your fellow ROVE buddies.
